Service Areas

We work in the City of Sarasota and on the barrier islands inside its limits, Lido Key, St. Armands Key, Bird Key and the northern part of Siesta Key, where sand and salt air come with the address. We also serve Longboat Key, Lakewood Ranch, Osprey, Nokomis, Venice, North Port and Bradenton. Homes near the water usually call for a UV-stable topcoat and extra attention to slab moisture. Newer homes often have smoother, harder slabs that need careful grinding. If your home is in a community with a homeowner association, check what it allows for exterior finishes such as driveways and pool decks before you pick a color. Not sure if we cover your street? Call (941) 306-4218.
